Payroll Intern

Working location:  8th Floor, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1

Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 (inclusive 1 hour for lunch time) 

Payroll Trainee

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

To fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Consultant and/or Senior Consultant including but not limited to:

  • Submitting the tax and insurance lodgments to the local tax and social insurance departments;
  • Making appointments with the clients to obtain their signature for the tax/insurance reports on a timely basis;
  • Declaring the monthly Social insurance report;
  • Reconciling the tax and insurance obligations on a timely basis of specified clients;
  • Document filing;
  • Other tasks upon assignment

KEY REQUIREMENT

  • University degree majoring in business administrator, Law
  • Good command of spoken and written English skills.
  • No work experience required.

BENEFIT

- Monthly allowance: 3,000,000 VND/ month

- Parking allowance: 200.000 VND per month

- Participating required/advance training; ensure that skills and knowledge are met expectation and job requirement.

-  Internship period: 6 monthsBased on the intern’s performance and the growth of the business, the intern maybe considered for full time employment after completing 6 months of internship.

DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN

Working location: HCM Office: 8th Floor, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1

Key responsibilities

  • Online marketing (website, facebook..)
  • Support for marketing material including catalogue, leaflet, and brochure.
  • Marketing activities support.
  • Coordinate marketing emails
  • Assist admin assistant with company events
  • Prepare content to publish on social media and news media
  • Research and collect newsprints relating to TMF Services
  • Other jobs assignment from Managing Director

Experience Required

  • University degree majoring in Marketing
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Good communication
  • Willing to learn, passionate about learning new things
  • Hardworking

Benefit

  • Monthly allowance: 3.000.000 VND per month

 Receptionist 

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome guests / clients;
  • Control guests in & out of the office, ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization; 
  • Screen phone calls and transfer to proper staff; Update telephone lists for internal use 
    Receive and distribute office’s correspondences; 
  • Manage meeting rooms booking and cleanliness 
  • Ensure a good- looking, clean & tidy reception area; Other admin tasks: 
  • Mineral water control/order/ record 
  • Manage taxi cards - Other clerical and admin support as required
  • Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Required skill(s): 

  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (both in verbal and written skills), a plus of other languages will be advantageous 
  • Computer literate.; 
  • Presentable disposition, good phone voice; 
  • Professional, sociable and with excellent understanding of customer service;
  • Have qualified organizational skill - Hard-working, thorough, reliable, careful.
  • No work experience required.
