Working location: HCM Office: 8th Floor, Bitexco Financial Tower, 2 Hai Trieu Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1

Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 (inclusive 1 hour for lunch time) 

1. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Participate in searching CV with different tool ( headhunt, manually )
  • Screen and short-list curriculum vitas of candidates;
  • Contact and arrange interviews with candidates;
  • Prepare test and evaluation form for related interview.
  • Call candidate and Prepare Offer letter and Labour contract for new staff;
  • Update New staff progress (after probation or promotion)
  • Manage personnel filing: create file for new staff and keep updated current staff’s records;

Internal HR:

  • In charge of all staff procedure such as creating E-leave account, granting Company card access
  • Collaborate with sub-regional HR team to update information/policy to Hochiminh Office.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks.

2. Key Competencies:

  • Senior students or Graduates majoring in Business/ Human Resources Management/ Economics
  • Good English communication skills
  • Familiar with computer, Software and system of management.
  • Hard-working, thorough, reliable; able to work under pressure
  • Observe a very high level of confidentiality due to access to confidential data.

3. Benefits: 

  • Monthly allowance: 3,000,000 VND/ month
