I. Content Admin Intern:

Job Description

This role will contribute to design team by performing following tasks:

1. Execute outputs from designers and copywriters, to support communications for promotion activites. This tasks is to include:

• Testing ATL & NTL newsletters and push notifications;
• Updating weekly ATL & BTL newsletter
• Updating blog posts;
• Updating images for social media posts;
• Related details.

2. Administrative tasks:

• Work with printing vendors to deliver merchandise (finding vendors, negotiate, contract, payment for vendors);
• Liaise with design freelancers (contract, payment) and coordinate to ensure the quality of outputs by freelancers;
• Liaise with KOLs (Design team's sponsorship activities) to ensure the quality and quantity of outputs;
• Coordinate with Accommodation Admin to assist Accommodation/Design joined activities (merchandise, content for hotels, etc.)
• Related details.

3. Support Marketing - Design activities during quarterly campaigns

• Offline/booth activations

Qualifications

• 01 year of similar experiences, i.e. doing project management, campaign management;
• Detail-oriented;
• Good command of English;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Meticulous, structured and excellent at executing things;
• Type of person that can cope and perform well provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented.

Job Description

You will be part of our pricing team with opportunities to make significant contributions to the direction of the company. You will be working with other teams to understand, implement and customize pricing strategies for Thailand market. You will leverage business intuition and communication skills to provide insights, discover opportunities and improve pricing methodologies. Ideal candidates will have strong logical and analytical abilities with good attention to details and interpersonal skills.

• Track and analyze price movements in the market to identify trends
• Track market competitiveness and come up with proposals to maintain/improve competitiveness
• Assist in designing and setting up automated pricing systems and reports
• Extract data from multiple sources and conduct complex data analysis to help drive and support business decisions 
• Regularly interact with team members in other countries; and teach and learn best practices on pricing strategies and plans
• Work closely with senior management on evaluating pricing strategies and plans
• Regularly conduct quality checks for data accuracy

Qualifications

• Good command of English. Local language fluency is a plus
• Strong logical and problem solving skills
• Strong analytical skills and data driven
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, while also pay attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively within complex and fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
• Must be graduated from quantitative field, i.e. Computer science / Computer Engineering / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Economics degree
• Experience in pricing analysis is a plus
• High level of proficiency in Excel. Working knowledge of SQL, R is a plus
