Mô tả Công việc

  • Perform teaching duties and administrative activities related to teaching (which may include extra-curricular activities).
  • Be responsible for lesson planning, preparation, assessment of students, and to attend certain other training/events as required by the company.
  • Mark and provide appropriate feedback on written work
  • Manage and track the performance of students measuring this progress against key performance indicators in line with the Yola's curriculum

Requirements: At least a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

Nationality: 

  • From Native English-speaking Countries: US, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, South Africa
  • From Non-Native English-speaking Countries: Vietnam, Europe
  • A qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or equivalent preferred)
  • Knowledge of IELTS/TOEFL/SAT/GMAT formats and teaching techniques (preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office & Internet Technologies (PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive,…)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and critical thinking skills

Mô tả Công việc

Customer Experience Officer for the Yola English Junior Program has an important role in constant communicating with parents and students, organizing and coordinating events, and ensuring students and parents enjoy high-quality services that associate with the premium of Yola brand.

Customer Experience Officer has the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize events for students and parents
  • Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with parents on a regular basis
  • Organize all students' information including personal and contact information, study records, and test results
  • Collaborate with Course Coordinators to update parents on course information, homework, students' behaviors and test results
  • Troubleshoot parents' and students' problems on the phone and online
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefits. Handle problems in the best interest of both company and customers
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements that positively impact customers' experience
  • Coordinate and execute facility projects that enhance learning experience for students
  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports relating to customer satisfaction and customer complaints
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers
