1. G2G Project - Junior Project Manager

a. Job Discription

Good to Great (G2G) is an initiative developed by Unilever’s Human Resource and Customer Development Department with the ambition of empowering Distributors to manage their personnel more effectively by cascading professional HR system & practices

Project Management

  • In charge of end-to- end project planning and execution
  • Oversee daily progress, develop schedule tracking to keep project status transparent and real-time to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal and external communication flow, ensure all involved stakeholders are well informed and in best condition to support the project
  • Manage personnel and budgetary resource and make adjustments to project constraints if any
  • Provide meticulous documentation of project status, timelines and feedback review

Change Management

  • Lead engagement activities; established collaboration relationship with Distributors to facilitate change cascading 
  • Together with HR experts provide Distributors with consultancy and training to adapt with new processes and system
  • Constantly monitor and assess Distributor’s satisfaction towards new practices and take timely actions for improvement
  • Create and implement audit/tracking mechanism to ensure installed changes are in place and stably operates

c. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent
  • 2 years + of experience in Project Management, HR-related experience is a plus
  • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong English proficiency is a plus
  • Good capacity of doing multi-task and working in a fast pace changing organization
  • Result-driven and resilient
  • Strong customer-centric mindset

2. G2G Project -  System Coordinator

a. Job Discription

Project Information: Good to Great (G2G) is an initiative developed by Unilever’s Human Resource and Customer Development Department with the ambition of empowering Distributors to manage their personnel more effectively by cascading professional HR system & practices
Duties:

  • Own and monitor system performance, work closely with IT department and external vendor to ensure HR information system functions efficiently
  • Manage Call Center’s operation and performance to deliver best support service to Distributors
  • Provide Distributors with high-level system assistance and support for incoming queries relating to the system issues or guidance request
  • Constantly assess the compatibility between system and Distributor’s actual demands, initiate modification proposals based on detected issues
  • Track and manage the implementation of change requests
  • Manage system data
  • Other responsibilities as per requested by Project Manager
