2. Account and Payable Officer

Job Description

• Manage Brand Development Cost
• Manage the whole process of Media Cost Management and Master Data mapping in accordance with accounting treatment requirements
• Coordinate and support budget owners in getting correction/adjustment for PR/PO and GRN those relevant to BD cost payment
• Be responsible for calculating and posting for media channels, designing and delivering monthly reports relevant to Brand Development and other A&P channels
• Ensure that all cost items will be booked into financial system correctly and in compliance with Unilever financial accounting treatment
• Prepare and deliver the analysis of cost items, media channels, media suppliers and others if required
• Create media schemes correctly at any level of product, customer hierarchy and financial dimension
• Develop, test, update and control SCOA changes related to items under scope of management
• Coordinate with relevant partners to ensure that media buying managements to be managed effectively and efficiently
• Work with Media Team and Media Agencies to manage media contract sign off and invoice payment with full budget approved and in accordance with financial policies
• Work closely with Finance Partners to highlight issues or potential risks that impact to media forecast accuracy
• Work with Brand Development (BD) partners to create schemes and cost centers for all Brand Development Expense
• Work closely with other teams handling month-end closing to fix all relevant issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience of working with SAP system is a plus
• Good communication and analytical skill
• Willing to learn and able to adapt with changes
• Ability to work on detail of documents and booking
• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines as well as generate high volumes of work in an efficient manner
• Good command of English communication and computer skills
