Consumer Market Insight Assistant Manager
Job Description
Main Job Purpose:
- Be responsible for the delivery of specific elements of the local insight work plan, including market and shopper insight, modeling, analytics, and media research
- Manage day-to-day projects on activation, shoppers, and customers
- Provide insights into market information and identify business opportunities
- Develop local consumer intimacy
Job Descriptions:
- Lead Global Pilot projects to pioneer new approaches or new technology
- Manage research projects for activation, including assessing in-market effectiveness, on-time, budget management, and expectation
- Manage local consumer intimacy programs
- Manage the logistics of the Brand & Communications Tracker
- Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of market research projects
- Implement Unilever CMI best practice and resolve issues during implementation
- Provide local consumer and shopper insight into regional brand innovation by communication projects
- Control the quality of suppliers’ work
- Present synthesized research findings & lead workshops
- Synthesize primary and secondary research
- Select the appropriate technical design and ensure clear project definition
- Evaluate proposals and bids from appropriate research suppliers
- Interpret and evaluate research findings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Market Research or consultants who offer consumer understanding or consumer-brand contact services
- Ability to analyze market information to identify opportunities and drive these into action
- Ability to design and manage research projects
- Good communication, analysis & planning and problem-solving skill
- Capable of doing multi tasks in various fields
- Fast learning & able to adapt to changes
- Fluent in writing and speaking in English
