Lixibox is a young and talented e-commerce start-up funded by well known Silicon Valley investors (Joe Lonsdale of Clarium Capital, Eric Chen of Tiny Prints, Alin Bui of Anduin Transactions etc.). The company aims to change the whole online cosmetic market with creative break-through cosmetic distribution method.

Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
• Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
• Fix any errors or bugs in online content
• Work with designers and video editors on marketing visuals
• Run 28 insta posts per week, 10 of those are repost from our customers’ best pictures and at least 3 unboxing videos
• Run 28 facebook posts per week: at least 4 magazine posts (lead on content, work with buyer team on what’s new? what’s restocked? what’s needed to push?) , at least 10 products posts, at least 5 videos that related to current products list to push sale
• Lead the monthly plan for marketing due by 15th of the month for next month including SALE, GWP, product focus, EXPERT focus
• Build small sales team to push Lixibox products to offline shops with traffic
• Work cross team with BUYERs to understand products, with EXPERTs to push products, with outsourced team to create content directly to push sales
• Able to create marketing budget monthly and per event
• Able to structure a clear goal for FB and Insta ads (ie. rerun successful campaign, tracking per code, per links, set budget, AB testing)

Requirements:

• Use cosmetics intensively
• Experienced working at an e-commerce/ online shop for at least 1 year
• Speak English, Vietnamese, perfect communication skill
• Background in accounting, sales or investment banking preferred
• Mandatory: excellent problem solving skill, basic numbers (revenue, COGS, margin, profit), MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), excellent English (verbal and written), work-hard-play-hard, willing to learn attitude, lust for challenge
• Could be advantages to have:
• Good knowledge of cosmetics products;
• Sales skill;
• Cross-cultural experiences (exchange semester or living/studying abroad);
• Photoshop, Illustrator
