Job Description

Role Purpose: This position will be under Wipro Unza Vietnam Graduation Program. The company will hire and develop newly graduated students (top students) from universities in Vietnam. The individual will learn and acquire the necessary tools to become company future leader.

Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be trained to deliver all Human Resources roles & responsibility.
He/she will start first at the lowest level of Human Resources Works, then go through all needed assignments that develop him/her to become a well performing Human Resources Manager of the company in the future.

• Fresh graduates from Universities in Vietnam.
• Grade Point Average (GPA) at least 7.5/10.0
• Passion for Human Resources and FMCG industry
• Customer-service oriented• Willing to learn and can-do attitude, detail orientation
• Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong solution solving skills.
• Can work effectively with others
• Communicate well in Vietnamese and English.
