Job Description

• Provide core administrative, marketing and communications support to the Marketing team to deliver key projects and campaigns
• Assist with the coordination of events and other marketing activities
• Work with the team to implement digital and inbound marketing activities.
• Work directly with Ads agencies to implement print-ad production, TVC production, and media bookings
• Act as an advocate for the brand, ensuring all collateral, templates and content are developed in line with the style guide.

Requirements

HR Analysis Executive

Job Description

• Assist HRBP Manager in writing and maintaining a variety of reports or queries in relation to human resource activities, including employment, compensations and benefits, staff costs, turnover and absenteeism for all existing departments in Zalo Group.
• Perform routine reporting and data management tasks essential to accurate reporting and analysis
• Report trends and/or HR operation issues and recommend solutions
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
• 1 year of experience in data analysis is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong ability to research and analyse various types of Human Resource data
• Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise work effectively

Talent Acquisition Executive, IT Focus

We at Zalo group, VNG are looking for a technical savvy Talent Acquisition Professional to own the end to end process of finding and bringing in new IT talents.

Job Description

• Facilitate all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the remainder of the hiring process.
• Develop and implement strategies to source and attract top IT talent.
• Proactively partner with technical teams to understand their hiring needs and ensure relevant recruitment experience.
• Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of high quality technical candidates for current and future needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, provide them with accurate and inspiring information about career opportunities at Zalo group, VNG.
• Contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies. Leading the execution of talent acquisition projects, e.g. hackathons, recruitment events, and other intiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Broad knowledge of IT products and services. Having educational background in IT is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sourcing skills to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
