Senior User Acquisition Executive

Job Description

• Drive Zalo Myanmar’s mobile user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms
• Analyse data to optimise campaigns to meet user targets
• Build and expand relationship with external partners, publishers and traffic sources to maximise ad traffic and rates
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop effective acquisition strategies

Required Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analytics
• Over 2 year of experience in digital marketing and/or demonstrated success in driving user acquisition campaigns
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise work effectively
• Willingness to travel to Myanmar on a frequent basis

HR Operations Executive

Job Description

• Support all Human Resources functions, including but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding, induction and probation procedures
• Work with Recruitment Team to deliver effective recruitment support and specific campaigns as needed
• Manage and ensure organizational chart is up to date according to organisational changes
• Assist in the production of documentation including reports and PowerPoint presentations to a high standard
• Support the operational administration of the department.
• Respond to human resources inquiries and requests for information.
• Coordinates events or special administrative projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good understanding of data analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
