Main tasks

Internal communications:

  • In charge of the publication of monthly newsletter
  • Maintain and develop digital communications platforms
  • Support in organizing Town Hall Meetings
  • Support in other internal communications activities as required

CSR:

  • Implement CSR activities, including coordination with external partners and internal staff for engagement activities where needed
  • Ensure 2 outreaches per year

Corporate design

  • Work with designers for visual designs in internal and external activities
  • Consult and advise internal and external stakeholders to ensure the proper implementation of corporate design guideline

Other tasks:

  • Check and proceed internal documents for sponsorship and donation
  • Filling all required documents as per central guideline
  • Budget filling and reports
  • Internal order process

 

Job requirements

  • Fresh graduate with major in Journalism, PR, Communications
  • Good editing skills (content and visual), attentive to details, critical thinking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, adaptive to a large organization
  • Good command of English, good in MS Office
  • Knowledge of design software (e.g. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), web content management (WCMS), and photography.
  • Event coordinator experience is an advantage
  • Interested in working with colleagues of diverse nationalities
