• Daily check and solve incidents and requests raised by the users
• „Follow up with vendors for IT equipment delivery
• Support PC installation
• „Ensure information of IT assets & equipment is updated in centralized management database
• „Create monthly reports and submit to the management
• „Support on training activity

What distinguishes you

• „At least third- year student, final-year will be preferred (graduation after July 2017)
• „Be available from January until July 2017
• Good at Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• „Good command in English (spoken and written)
• „Good communication, service orientation and details orientation
• „No working experiences required
• No IT background required
