Your contribution to something big

• General management and CS (Cross Selling) tasks:
  • Independently develop, prepare, conduct, analyze and improve strategies and methods to support the collaboration between the sales divisions
  • Coordinate and facilitate information exchange in a team representing all sales divisions
  • Be in charge for short- and mid-term CS projects
  • Conduct market and key account analysis, forming the base for future strategies
  • Continuous tracking of the developments and news in the region with relevance to Bosch operations
  • Independent conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of presentations for and from the Managing Director
  • Prepare analysis and decision-making documents to support the Managing Director
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events (e.g. visit of important politicians or Top-Managers)
  • Planning, preparation, and wrapping-up of meetings and workshops
  • Independent handling of routine and ad-hoc tasks
• Cooperate communication tasks

What distinguishes you

Bachelor or Master undergraduate in Business Engineering or any technical/scientific and business related subject

• Advanced knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge in VBA programming is advantageous
• Independent – Ability and willingness to work with minimum supervision. Has initiative for self managed learning and strong problem solving skills
• Proactive – highly motivated to take initiatives, develop and implement new methods/processes
• Flexible, open-minded, energetic, creative, well-organized, friendly
• Able to work in a diversified and multi cultural team environment
• A quick learner with strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills

 Your contribution to something big

• Supporting on all all workshop’s activities (inspection, repairing, testing of hydraulic components e.g. pumps, valves, motots, cylinders etc.)
• Supporting on preparation for field service or training at customer sites.
• Workshop housekeeping
• Support for sales team in organizing technical seminars, exhibition, preparing sales and service catalogues/brochures, presentations, etc.
• Other general duties as required

What distinguishes you

• Undergraduate studying of Mechanical Engineering
• Good at Microsoft Offices
• Self-motivated, proactive with a “can do” attitude, attention to details, organized, supportive of working in a team environment, love hands-on works.
