 Digital Marketing Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on.

- Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs. A/B testing those ideas.

- Strengthen marketing campaigns with the power of tech and analytics and develop cool hacks that help our customers scale their revenues

- Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.

- Driving traffic to our website, blogs, social media, apps…

- Prioritizing & Optimizing growth channels.

- Scaling and Automating the growth processes.

- Creating viral growth

PREFERABLE SKILLS:

- A can-do attitude, never say 'never'

- Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.

- User-centric: Being social and understanding users’ behavior. Having great customer relations skills

- Editing and copywriting skills

- Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing

- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

- Other Skills: Social Optimization, Analytics & Reporting

- Having experience with growth hackings tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes, Zapier to automate workflows…

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media to boost your own sales and team's sales.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs as well as researching and analyzing sales options. Consulting clients to tailor-make campaigns for them
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Doing after-sale service to foster productive, long-term client relationships
  • Keeping yourself knowledgeable about the industry by surveying clients on their advertising needs, their scheduled marketing plans for new brands.
  • Researching the market and related products to keep yourself updated with the current market and competitors.
  • Cooperate with ops team to handle any incidents during advertising campaigns.

CEO Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assisting in the planning, design, and development of test requirements and any special testing equipment/apparatus to establish product and/or customer specifications; directs and performs testing of prototypes accordingly to verify product reliability and performance requirements.
  • Continually evaluating and searching for improvements to existing products according to changing customer needs, product complaints/dissatisfaction or internal production/servicing difficulties. Reviewing adaptation of existing products for new applications or other customer markets.
  • Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas or new added values.
  • Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
  • Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
  • Performs other duties requested by the CEO

PREFERABLE SKILLS:

  • A can-do attitude, never say 'never'
  • Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and other coworkers is crucial. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common.  Hearing and vision within normal ranges is helpful for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
  • Good reasoning ability, ability to think in abstract terms, and design aptitude are required to solve a wide range of business problems. Able to understand and utilize management reports and plans to conduct business.
  • Listening and Communication Skills: You will be expected to follow instruction from the CEO, and your ability to understand those instructions with little or no follow up.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The first line of communication between CEO and the outside world, potentially speaking with clients, other employees and upper management.
  • Organizational Skills: Keepinh the working day in order. Scheduling meetings, travel plans, billing, etc. will all require you to have terrific organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Writing emails, transcribing notes, faxing, copying, and creating spreadsheets or printing documents figure heavily in an executive assistant's day.
