Opening Positions:

I. Programme Advisor (HCMC): 

Responsibilities

1. Handle student enrolment

- Sign up students for courses

- Arrange payment for courses

- Check the inquiries

- Arrange class transfers

- Assign classes and level placement for students

 

2. Handle programmes consultations and sales activities

- Clarify customers’ needs

- Give pre-consultations

- Get students’ information

- Deliver programmes / course consultations

 

3. Handle customer care activities

- Handle customer complaints, customer requests

- Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records

- Follow up booking lists

- Do the telesales

- Email to customers as requested

 

4. Handle customer payment

- Receive customer payments

- Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO

 

5. Administration tasks

- Manage students’ documents

- Make reports: Visit, New Sales, Summer Courses...

 

*Qualifications

- Good product knowledge

- Sales orientation

- College/University graduated is an advantage

- Sales experience, including in counselling, advising and customer service

* Skills

- Good telesales skill

- Good communication and persuasion skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Team player, interacts well with people of all levels

- Strong sales and customer service focus

* Language: Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage

* Computer: Familiar with MS Office

 

II. Customer Care Supervisor: (District 2, 6, Thủ Đức - HCMC)  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Re-enrollment

- Monitor on-going class weekly to take prompt action for any issue to make sure customers are happy

- Monitor re-enrollment weekly to make sure that CCO follow up re-enrollment well

- Monitor administration for re-enrollment process to avoid problem and make customer happy

Customer Care

- Monitor CCO and TA Team to deliver good customer service and customer care

- Maintain and improve customer service and care at centre

- Handling requests and complaints

Training and Development

- Conduct Workshop/Training for TA and CCO

- Suggest courses to Academic/HO

Property management

- Maintain the building (office, classrooms, corridors, lobby, stairs, lifts, WCs, etc) in proper conditions: tidy, clean and safe;

- Maintain all facilities and equipment in proper conditions: clean, safe and workable;

Staff supervising

- Observe/monitor to make sure CCO’s performance is accurate and professional;

- Monitor to make sure CCO follow policies, procedures, instructions, internal regulations and standards;

Inventory

- Responsible for appropriate forecast and ordering of books and materials for centre use Course administration

- Before a class start: classroom, teacher, TAs, books, CDs, POS, resources;

- During the course: class visit, callings, tests, resources, survey, results, telesales

Marketing

- Prepare and organize all ELT activities for students at centre

- Support all local marketing events at centre

TA management Teaching Assistant recruitment

- Forecast TA

- Recruitment process

- InductionScheduling

- Scheduling (Class/Substitution/Supervision/Level Testing)

- Supporting Tasks

- Cover absent TA/absent Level Tester when requested

- Arrange right TA for right classRemuneration

- TA Salary/Scale raise

Qualifications:

  • Prefer 03 years working experience in foreign company and in service product
  • Prefer working experience in an educational organisation
  • University graduated

III. INTERNAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ĐÀ NẴNG)

Responsibilities: 

  • Visibility.
  • Tracking current student stories (best student, testimonial, ESOL performance, loyalty customer).
  • Centre event planning and execution.
  • Centre Facebook management.
  • Internal marketing budget for center management.
  • Cross department interaction
  • Tracking live 21st century project based presentation.
  • Coordinate with HO for global event management.
  • Provide raw content per HO instruction.
  • Oversee all POS programs.

IM executive skills set requirement:

  • Good English skills to communicate with parents/AM/Teachers/CM.
  • Young and dynamic to run events and adapt to the fast change.
  • Social media knowledge to manage centre FB.
  • Event experience to plan and execute event in centre.
  • People skill to coordinate well with all departments.
  • Logical thinking and smart.
