Mô tả Công việc

1. Training Intern:

  • Assist the training organization (review the list of participants, prepare training tools, distribution of training materials, book the training room, follow up the attendance)
  • Support trainings out of working time
  • Update the training database (input data, record training)
  • Support for documentation control
  • Administrative tasks within the department
  • Deliver and oversee the training of individuals or groups of employees
  • Prepare training materials for classes
  • Communicate and manage time to contact with employees to set up for courses.
  • Conducting Job Evaluation surveys

2. C&B Intern:

  • Collect personal information of new employees and transfer it to RBAS/HRC-VN
  • Take care of PIT documents
  • Claim family allowance for employees
  • Support on social and health insurance procedures and working time management
  • Maintain good relationship with internal and through professional communication
  • Other C&B related activities

3. Recruitment Intern:

  • Strong supportive role in both daily operational functions and project tasks of the HR department, strong focus in recruitment.
  • Independent responsibilities in the fields of recruitment, personnel marketing, employee development, employee data administration, HR reporting and other field of interest
  • Other tasks will be assigned depending on your interest and potential

4. Technical Function Manager Assistant Intern:

  • Support document control daily tasks
  • Follow up and instruct new document control procedure implementation(creation, updating) to other departments
  • Supervise and upload Bosch document system
  • Support other Technical Function Department tasks
  • Other project assigned by managers

5. Manufacturing Training and Planning Intern:

  • Support training process for MFG direct associates up-to-date via critical tasks. (such as data handling, training course preparation, document control…)
  • Make MFG9 teams work more efficient with monitoring OPL. (mainly for SAP & CIP activities)
  • Translate SAP knowledge to Vietnamese users.
  • Cooperate with Bosch in developing Vietnam with your growth during working with MFG9 team.

  • Education: Last-year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting)
  • Languages: fluent English and Vietnamese
  • Interest for high-tech manufacturing environment
  • Master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Personality: Reliable, pro-active, patient
  • Good communication skills

2. C&B Intern:

  • Last-year student major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting
  • Good English and Vietnamese communication skills
  • Reliable, pro-active, high-disciplined patient, careful and enjoy working with figures
  • Master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Good communication skills

3. Recruitment Intern:

  • Education: Last-year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management,Foreign Trade and Accounting), Languages: fluent English and Vietnamese
  • Master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Personality: Reliable, pro-active, patient
  • Good communication skills

4. Technical Function Manager Assistant Intern:

  • Third/ Last-year student major in technical/ administration/ business English or any relevant fields.
  • Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
  • Reliable, pro-active, high-disciplined.
  • Standard skill for MS-Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable at MS- Access and Macro or VBA (preferable).

5. Manufacturing Training and Planning Intern:

  • Students with enthusiasm major in technical or business-related fields.
  • Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Careful, reliable, pro-active, high-disciplined.
