HRBP + Training Internship (HCM)

Job Description

  1. Recruitment

- Manage job postings; Monitor candidate database and feedback process

  1. Integration of New Hires

- Prepare welcome kits, on-boarding passports

- Coordinate with other departments as requested for good integration of new hires.

- Conduct monthly HR IT system training

  1. Employee Data Administration

- Coordinate in join/exit process of new employees

- Control p-files (non-salary) of employees and interns

- Control data of interns and official employees

  1. Personnel Marketing

- Coordinate in job fairs, university activities.

- Be contact point (HR partner) for all interns at RBVN Monitor sport program (employees‘ benefit)

- Administrative support in HR department.

  1. Provide support to managers and associates to develop the skills and capabilities

- Coordinate with all related counterparts for training & workshop content, organizing training sessions, workshops and other activities

- Update and follow up training measures to ensure theory to be transferred into the workplace

- Assist HR associate with specific projects

- Schedule meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements and processing expense reports

Requirement

- Final year students pursuing bachelor or master degree in related major with high interest in Human Resources functions

- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage

- Good command in English and Vietnamese

- Good user of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Good communication skills

- Good presentation skills

- Eyes for details and good organization skills

- High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality

- Ability to work in multicultural

 Job Description:

  •  Technical support for Factory Automation (FA) sales - Assistance at FA projects
  •  Assistance in working out of technical presentations, documents
  •  Assistance at marketing activities (e.g. trade fairs, assemblies, news highlights).

 Requirement:

  • Bachelor-or Master undergraduate in Mechanics including Mechanics, Electronics, Automation and IT, at least second-year student
  • Do at least 1 practice project related to Mechatronics or Automation.
  • Good at programming for controller, IT programing, knowing function block diagram is an advantage.

Cross Selling Developer Internship (HCM)

Job Description: 

- Independently develop, conduct, analyze and improve strategies to support the collaboration between the sales divisions

- Coordinate short and mid-term CS projects

-  Conduct market and key account analysis

- Coordinate and facilitate information exchange within the team

- Continuously track the development and news in the region with relevance to Bosch operations

- Independently conceptualize, prepare and implement presentations for the Managing Director of Bosch Vietnam

- Plan, prepare, conduct and wrap-up meetings and events

- Independent handling of routine and ad-hoc tasks

Requirement:

- Bachelor or Master student in a Business related major or Industrial Engineering

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

- Willingness and ability to work with minimum supervision

- Initiative for self-managed learning and strong problem solving skills

- Ability to work on urgent tasks under high pressure

- Strong communication skills and interpersonal competence

 Sales Admin cum Logistic Planning Internship (HN)

 Job Description: 

- Assist and support in overall of demand planning activities, and coordinate with others department, CTG, Log, in term of paper work

- Manage the related material master logistical data in SAP PCD

- Liaise with oversea colleagues to collect documents for preparing shipping documentation

- Check the pricing in the system to match with invoice

- Prepare sales orders for customers-Issue invoices to customers, transfer the invoices to warehouse for shipping the goods

- Liaise with warehouse team and finance team regarding customer service

- Save invoice into the share disk of department and report invoice information each month

- Admin tasks: order stationery and assets for the whole department, follow up the status of assets and some other administrative task

Requirement:

- Bachelor or Master undergraduate in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business, Finance, at least second-year student, final-year will be preferred

- Mandatory in English (both written and spoken)

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Basic knowledge about foreign trade would be an advantage

- High motivation in work, in particular willing to learn and pick up new things

- Good communication skills

- Comfortable with working individually
