RESPONSIBILITIES

• Looking for candidate sources, posting jobs, filtering CV
• Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring staffs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall candidate experience.
• Manage the employee referral bonus program.
• Prepare HR & Recruiting information/benefits packages.
• Plan and attend recruiting and HR events.
• Being responsible for calculation and payment and administration for personnel staffing.
• Setting up and maintain a proper tracking system for the administration of social insurance and medical insurance.
• Ensure that implementation of Company payroll and social & health insurance complies with prevailing law and regulations
• Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 2-5 years of experience in HR field.
• Computer literate. Good command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to details and meticulous.
• Energetic, self-starter, self-motivated and independent.
• Understanding of labour law, regulations on social & health insurances, and labour issues at work.

• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
• Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on guarantees
• Play a role as company’s representative to contact and meet with business owners, stakeholder as needed.
• Making content that useful and closely
• Managing the company’s social media accounts and posting relevant content.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Have at least 2 years of relevant experiences in Sales & Marketing field
• Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
• Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
• Fluently in English, especially Communication skills.
