Job Description

  • Welcome clients and candidates; promoting professional image of the organization.
  • Proactively contribute to the management of the 40HRS’s time - including diary management, organizing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Deal with incoming email, faxes and post and generate and draft correspondence and letters as required.
  • Be responsible for organizing and attending meetings and ensure the 40HRS office is prepared in advance.
  • Draft candidates' profile & input data to company system.
  • Support Regional Manager to manage and all documents of hr & admin

Job Requirements

  • Graduates/ post graduates
  • 6 months - 1 year experience in Admin field (welcome fresh graduated).
  • Excellent computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,....)
  • Charater: Organized, Diligent, Meticulous, Attention to detail, Adaptable.
  • Can work under high pressure.
  • Good English skills (especially reading and writing)
