JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will need to:- process the monthly payroll country-wide (non-Limited Liability Company (non-LLC) in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, for both teaching and non-teaching employees, including monthly advice, payroll reports, bank transfers, journal reports, terminal gratuity, payroll accrual reports and all other salary-related reports for approval- prepare monthly reports and payments for tax and statutory contributions to related local bodies and support tax reconciliation for leaving staff and annual tax finalisation exercise- issue and manage the labour contract for local staff and process it for new staff members- implement and follow up with exit procedures when receiving the resignation from both teaching and non-teaching staff and also calculate and process the final payment for leaving staff- manage and maintain online and offline personnel documents for effective HR database management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should:

  • have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in handling payroll and HR support
  • posess a Degree in any discipline- have fluent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • have competent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and experience in accounting payroll coordination.
