1. JOIN BSS, you will:

- Learn and understand company’s products

- Take care of customers through company's channels including social channels, Live chat, skype and emails (all clients of BSS are foreigners).

- Consult and offer solutions matching customers’s needs.

- Coordinate with Developers to solve technical requirements of customers.

- Manage customer infomation.

- Nurture potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.

- Solve problems of errors, refund, warranty and guarantee customer satisfaction.

- Other tasks assigned

2. TO BE A BSSer, you must:

- New graduate in economics or marketing

- Passionate for e-commerce industry and marketing

- Fluency in English (especially reading and writing)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Good team work skills

- Interested in start-ups and fast moving environments

- Pro-active, open-minded, efficient under pressure and continuous learner

- Salary: $250 - $400

- Work 5 days a week.
