ICYE Vietnam (International Cultural Youth Exchange – Vietnam) là chương trình trao đổi thanh niên, giao lưu văn hóa quốc tế và tình nguyện tại nước ngoài thuộc tổ chức Tình nguyện vì Hòa Bình Việt Nam VPV. Với hơn 3000 dự án mỗi năm thuộc các lĩnh vực đa dạng như: môi trường, giáo dục, lễ hội, làm việc với người khuyết tật… tại hơn 50 quốc gia trên thế giới, ICYE Vietnam đã trở thành sự lựa chọn của rất nhiều bạn trẻ muốn phát triển bản thân, trải nghiệm trong môi trường đa văn hóa và góp phần giúp cộng đồng trở nên tốt đẹp hơn.

1. Main tasks:

• Design publications for ICYEVN: newsletter (every 3 months); booklet; project books; poster, avatar, cover FB and banner for events.
• Set up PR plan for facebook, website and Instagram weekly and monthly
• Write contents on facebook, website and Instagram (regular daily post, project translation and posts)
• Manage website icye.vn and Instagram @icyevietnam
• Send newsletter and upcoming project through Mail Merge/ MailChimp.
• Manage and instruct ICYEVN volunteers’ tasks.
• Support set up event for logistic, PR, content, seeding in Hanoi/ near provinces (Mini camp, ICYEVN workshop/info day/exhibition, returnee retreat/ pre departure camp, ...)
• Photographer for event (plus edit)
• Support project interview and consultant.
• Contact with VPV program and other partner for work, program and cooperation.
• Office work.

2. Requirement:

• Intern for ICYEVN Program needs to work both online and offline (in office).
• Require minimum 20 hours/week in office. Intern needs to commit working in ICYEVN for 6-month period. (can be extended) (start from 9th April 2018)
• Report directly to ICYEVN coordinator.

3. Eligibility:

• Candidate must be over 18 and based in Hanoi (preferably 3rd year college student up)
• Have experiences with PR/marketing/content and event support
• Familiar with design program (AI, Pts) and office tools (Gmail, Microsoft office)
• Preferably know how to take photo and video (plus edit)
• Good command in English (both in speaking and writing)
• Able to work enough hours in office (preferably have private vehicles)
• Flexible, responsible and enthusiastic with volunteering and youth empowering work.
