RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome clients, visitors, guests, etc. and provide them with appropriateinformation.
  • Handle all incoming calls and transfer to appropriate people, promptly takemessages if the receiver is not available.
  • Manage in-coming mails/newspapers and out-going mails effectively to ensureproper distribution.
  • Monitor database of resources (meeting rooms, car and other facilities).
  • Prepare contact list and other relevant reports: telephone, mail, stationery.
  • Support to organize events for staffs such as birthday party, recognitioncelebration, ect.
  • Provide general office administrative support to other departments.
  • Make coffee and fruit juice.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Female.
  • At least one-year working experience.
  • Pleasant and active manner.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Good time management, problem solving skills.
  • Know how to make coffee is a plus.
