Descriptions:

• Manage local delivery from LIXIL warehouse to customers
• Manage with transportation suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Co-operate with warehouse team/ sales team/ SOIP team to ensure shipment on-time delivery
• Follow up to ensure payment in due time
• Keep tracking & maintain Logistics KPIs
• Study and propose ideas, improvement to make cost saving
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
• Working place: Lixil Vietnam Headquarters at Duong Xa, Gia Lam, Hanoi (Company provides bus to pick up staff)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University graduate with bachelor degree of Economics or relevant fields (Foreign Trade University or National Economics University is preferred)
• Having experience in logistic is preferred
• Understanding Vietnam domestic law and International transaction rule
• Having experience in trading companies or in related position in production makers/manufacturing companies is preferred
• Good communication, analytical and negotiating skill
• Fluent in English
• Good MS office skills (esp Excel and Powerpoint)
• Be honest, responsible, hard-working and cooperative with teamwork spirit
