For Hanoi office, we are looking for a Data Analyst (Credit Card processing) with details as below.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of acquiring banks in different markets
• Perform traffic optimization and routing on merchant basis based on risk and performance analysis
• Perform analysis and provide regular reports on performed changed in traffic to insure positive results
• Understanding Card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover etc) risk policies
• Coordinate with Merchant Risk to ensure maintaining CBR and CTR according to Card Schemes regulations per acquirer
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Account Optimization team on implementing best practices of Brick optimization

Requirements

• Detail-oriented
• Strong mathematical or statistical background, university bachelor or above is required
• Analytical mind-set, at least 1.5 years in data analysis
• Solid background in database maintenance, experience in handling and analyzing large amounts of data
• Ability to operate with a lot of data and find patterns and trends
• Knowledge of SQL is a big plus
• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively deliver results, meet targets and work with tight deadlines
