Mô tả chi tiết công việc

Responsible for implementation of manufacturing activities in Vietnam and oversea for export products, including:

• Plan and execute procurement of raw materials from global suppliers
• Maintain strong working relationships and communications with manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries
• Proactively report product and material availability issues; Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information
• Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials
• Track and coordinate supply of finished goods to customers, providing affiliates, customers, and departments with accurate and timely information regarding the status of orders and shipments
• Supplier Management: Cost saving initiatives, Negotiations, Supplier relationship/evaluation. 
• Manage the payment to parties involved
• Identify areas for continuous improvement within the integrated Supply chain
• Other tasks

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Excellent analyzing skills, good ability working with numbers, detail-oriented
• Being able to multi-task and work under high pressure
• English: Fluent at four skills, especially in writing and speaking, to ensure effective communication with foreign partners
• Willing to and capable of acquiring new knowledge and skills to meet work requirements
• Integrity, honesty with proper work ethic.
