JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing all export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill, PO, and Export License, L/C, etc).
• Checking quantity, order and issue all related docs for outbound & inbound shipment
• Work with Customs and other government departments related to export to update and follow regulation;
• Communication with factories
• Setting up and upgrading export process
• Management all export - sub material
• Warehouse control
• Other tasks under instruction of Export Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Male/Female - Under 30 years old
• University graduated in International economic/Foreign trade or related fields
• Fluently in English. Having Japanese skill is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in import - export.
• Good Communication Skill & Diligent
• Dynamic & Hard working,
• Must be able to work under high pressure.
• Be able to work under shift-working
