• Index leads with relevant categories.
• Take charge of outbound and inbound calls.
• Keep database up to date.
• Other tasks as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for customer service industry.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in English.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
