We’re seeking Customer Support Agents (CS Agents - Part time) who will be responsible for responding to emails and customer queries from around the world.

Assist in answering questions, troubleshooting, replicating customer experiences, and escalating queries when required.

Capable of providing answers to both simple and complicated questions in a timely manner.

The position demands an excellent standard of customer service, excellent English writing skills, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Expectations:

  • Resolve customer questions via email.
  • All communication is in English and requires a high level of professionalism.
  • Answer questions about company products.
  • Suggest solutions to customer questions.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high volumes of customer emails.
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Resolve and modify customer questions.
  • Work with team members to keep up to date with all policy changes.

Work time:

  • Operating hours: Monday through Sunday from 8am - 9:00pm (7 days per week).
  • A part time minimum of 20 hours per week to a maximum of 40 working hours per week.
  • No more than 8-hour shifts per day. Agents will need to have a flexible schedule. High preference to those who are available on weekends.

  • Excellent reading and writing skills (in English).
  • Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications).
  • Majors in Languages, Business, and Social Studies.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details and desire to learn
  • High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexible, adaptable to new changes.
  • Quality Assurance experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience using mobile applications (iOS and Android) is highly preferable.
