Responsibilities:

Overall Communications

Provide logistical support for Communications activities

External activities: Press Conference, Media meetings, Media events, etc.

(if required)

Media materials: draft messages, press releases, internal/external

stories (if required)

Internal publication: Bulletin board, Chevy Newsletter, I Care frame and

others required

Media test drive

Manage cars for media tested and keep car usage calendar updated

Coordinate with agencies, dealers and relevant functions to handle

media test drive requests

Car preparation & arrangement, handover documents & procedures

Requirements:

Good communication and negotiation ability.

Organizational, problem – solving skills.

Good command in English (Speaking and Writing).

Good command in MS Office.
