Responsibilities:

1. Overall Communications

• Provide logistical support for Communications activities
• External activities: Press Conference, Media meetings, Media events, etc.
• (if required)
• Media materials: draft messages, press releases, internal/external
• stories (if required)
• Internal publication: Bulletin board, Chevy Newsletter, I Care frame and
• others required

2. Media test drive

• Manage cars for media tested and keep car usage calendar updated
• Coordinate with agencies, dealers and relevant functions to handle
• media test drive requests
• Car preparation & arrangement, handover documents & procedures

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation ability.
• Organizational, problem – solving skills.
• Good command in English (Speaking and Writing).
• Good command in MS Office.
