1. Logistics Supervisor

Location: HCMC, Vietnam

Function: Logistics

Experience Level: Non-Production Salaried

Job Type: Permanent

Job Description

  • Direct the operations of warehouse, packaging, domestic transportation to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations;
  • Evaluate overall operations and develop short- and long-term goals to meet organizational objectives, including cost, productivity, quality, and customer service;
  • Focus on continuous improvement and make decisions about enhancing value, service and effectiveness, and profitability;
  • Direct and oversee programs to ensure safety of all associates, equipment and property;
  • Ensure compliance to standards, regulatory laws, and corporate policies;
  • Directly manage Logistics Budget;
  • Analyzes and evaluates on-going cost and performance data; reports as appropriate to management. Participate in the development of business plans and assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget;
  • Develop work plans ensuring appropriate staffing levels - managing labor costs, overtime and retention;
  • Coaches the development of teams and supports the performance of the team process and all related activities. Facilitates and leads process improvement projects;
  • Manage 3PL operations ensuring that Monthly KPIs and daily Scorecards expectations and reviews are performed;
  • Drive 3PL on cost improvement in Lean Six Sigma Projects through Lean Implementation on the Warehouse.

2. Sales Engineer

Location: 3M Hanoi Head Office, 203 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi, Vietnam

Function: Sales

Experience Level: Non-Production Salaried

Job Type: Permanent

Work Schedule: Full-time

Appointment: Sales Engineer (Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division)

Markets: General Industries

Reports to: Sales Manager

Core Products: Industrial Tapes (masking tapes, double coated tapes, resistant tapes, etc.)

Major Responsibility

Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned market segments with minimal supervision.

Job Expectations

  • Must be a self-starter in ensuring achievement of set sales targets, providing accurate sales and stock forecasts;
  • Ability to work harmoniously with internal marketers and sales personnel;
  • Must be a people-person to effectively manage all key stakeholders involved in assigned accounts (including converters and end-users);
  • To initiate and lead joint business planning with converters (accounts) to identify new business opportunities;
  • Initiate and develop annual sales plan;
  • Experience in tapes or labels converting industry would be an advantage;
  • Able to communicate well in Korean.

3. Senior Channel Marketing Specialist

Job Description

  • Support Marketing Manager on development annual channel plan by providing market insight inputs and sharing program evaluation;
  • Provide inputs on market challenges and channel insights from market data collection and propose the proper actions plan by channel;
  • Monthly sell out analysis and stock report by channel;
  • Channel customer database management for segmented program communication;
  • Carry out survey by customer group(s) as business needs;
  • Give inputs channel program calendar by presenting customer needs in terms of actual roll out timeline, target group, resources;
  • Collaborate with marketing partners and sales team to identify opportunities for integration of marketing efforts and processes to build the customer experiences and loyalty;
  • Drive the implementation of the agreed annual channel activities and enhance it with requirements (if any);
  • Monthly channel promotion deployment;
  • In-store visibility program;
  • Manage production and distribution of all POS materials;
  • Hotline service;
  • Sponsorship, activation;
  • Evaluate all activities and decide on how to use learning for next activity with Marketing Manager;
  • Develop and manage annual calendar of channel activities which align to marketing calendar;
  • Control and manage A&P budget-related channel programs;
  • Monthly forecast and monitor A&P spending;
  • Manage advertising agencies, suppliers and other relevant agencies to ensure optimal cost ratio and good quality control;
  • Give input to evaluation suppliers and agencies;
  • Distributor sales team training.
