SALES ADMIN CUM LOGISTICS INTERNSHIP
Working location: Ha Noi
Sales Admin
- Assis Sales Executives with administrative work and projects
- Prepare power point/reports for meetings or conferences
- Update and manage data for sales reports
- Manage department documents
- Translate document from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
- Support to purchase equipment for department
Logistic support
- Support Logistics Executives for delivery and logistic issues
- Support to issue VAT Invoice based on available template
- Update data in PO tracking or shipment tracking
Other duties as assigned
What distinguishes you
- At least third-year student, final-year will be preferred
- Major in Logistics, Sales, Business Administration - related courses
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Good in English (four skills)

IT ADMIN INTERNSHIP
Working location: Dong Nai province (company bus available)
- Daily check and solve basic incidents and requests raised by the customers
- Log in to ticket system, route the ticket to appropriate solution group
- Change equipment ownership
- Ensure information of IT assets and equipment is updated in system
- Provide information to customer’s concerns
- Support installing Windows 7 or Windows 10 on PCs
- Support on training activity for new customers
- Help keeping IT storage rooms organized
- Follow up with vendors for IT equipment delivery
- Support receiving equipment order
- Create and update system records
- Support creating monthly reports and submit to the management
What distinguishes you
- At least third-year student, final-year will be preferred, No IT background or working experiences required
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Good in English (writing and reading)
