Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager to support the Project Manager in the oversight and administration of the financial systems, processes and budget of the EU-funded Cultural and Creative Hubs Vietnam (CCHVN) for €600k Euro and British Council funded Cultural Heritage for Inclusive Growth (CHIG) for £500k GBP.
As the Finance Manager, you will be leading a team of two and report to the Regional Contracts Lead. You will be responsible for the successful financial administration and finance-related activities of the projects, such as financial planning, financial reporting, and all other necessary tasks to ensure an efficient, secure and appropriately controlled financial environment in accordance with donor contract requirement and British Council corporate standards, working directly with the Project Manager to ensure accurate and reliable information is reported.
Ideally, you should have a degree in accounting, financial management or equivalent with strong knowledge of ERP system and Microsoft Excel. Good negotiation skills in dealing with stakeholder agencies, related to project management are essential.
