JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will need to:

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to plan and deliver the excellent placement test services to all Teaching centre’s customers.
  • Create placement test slots on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and make them ready for students to book in advance, as agreed with Branch Managers. 
  • Process other duties involved in managing placement tests such as to create students ID with high accuracy, book rooms for placement tests, arrange for testers and invigilators as well as manage and prepare placement test materials.
  • Support the Manager in recruiting and training invigilators
  • Support the wider SCM team and coordinate with the Teaching Centre Accounting team to make payment for testers and invigilators.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have at least 1-year experience in administration and customer services.
  • Possess an Undergraduate degree in any field and have the ability to speak and write English and Vietnamese fluently.
  • If you have the experience of working in the education industry, working with children and/or safe planning, organisation and delivery of activities for children, you will be a preferred candidate.
