Junior Training Officer will assist the Human Resources Department in the provision of soft skills training services within the company. Junior Training Officer has a key responsibility in ensuring that training activities internally and externally are organized and delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

This role is opened for new graduates or candidates with 1-2 year of experience. Key reponsibilities are as below:

Training Arrangement and Delivery

  • Conduct HR part of ‘3 days of Culture’.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Office and related departments to arrange staff training program based on organizational and employee needs.
  • Arrange and/or conduct training courses, which may involve demonstrating equipment, operating video recorders and cameras, leading group discussions or role-playing activities and employing experts to run sessions.
  • Assist to manage the delivery of training program.
  • Arrange continuous training for unsuccessful participants.

Training Material

  • Coordinate to develop training resources for in-house courses.

Statutory Training Courses

  •  Work as a team with Corporate/Branch Offices to ensuring that statutory training courses are arranged for Hanoi staff, i.e skill training to get official certificates for Personal Trainer, Instructor, Therapist, etc. to meet requirements of authority.

Training Administration

  • Record training information into HR Software.
  • Coordinate and update staff training profiles.
  • Filing and E-filing training material.
  • Liaise with Marketing to have company certificate distributed to staff.
  • Responsible for training logistics as per request.
  • In charge of training related administration as per request.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

35% Employment contract

  • Prepare employment contracts for all staff.
  • Send email on monthly basis to relevant managers about Probation Due Date, Contract Due Date, Labor Contract signing, etc. And follow up the result to make sure no deadline is missed.
  • Arrange staff to sign employment contracts.

25% Data Update

  • Update employee information in Aphelion within 24 hours and with high accuracy.
  • Update employee information in HR Software within 24 hours and with high accuracy.
  • Update employee information in all reports in a timely basis.

5% Uniform Management

  • Manages staff uniform including inventory management and weekly in/out/stock reports.
  • Request uniform request as per demand.

5% Submit and Receive documents

  • In charge of monthly submitting and receiving statutory documents to authority, insurance company.
  • Submitting and receiving Tax Code Registration Form and Dependant Registration to Tax Department.

15% HR Administration

  • Responsible for stationary order and inventory management for Home Office.
  • Prepare payment request for vendors.
  • In charge of logistics for HR activities.
  • Be responsible for the administration of program Best Office Party Organizer.
  • Generates reports as per request.
  • Support in checking attendance and timesheet on a weekly and monthly basis.

The Marketing Executive is integral to the success of CMG. Working both internally and externally with the program team, suppliers, the sales team and the Agency team, he/she will work towards creating the highest standard of marketing campaigns.Abiding to a high-performance culture and focusing on great execution towards clear revenue generation, he/she contributes to the company’s top and bottom line by:

  • Deeply understanding user and market insights in order to develop and execute marketing activities;
  • Working with the Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager to implement a marketing plan;
  • Leading the execution of offline campaigns and assisting with the project management of online portion;
  • Assisting in all work with the Partnerships team to create mutually beneficial partner relationships;
  • Project managing all timeline collateral delivery and ensuring quality output for the same;
  • Reporting on campaign performance, marketing and impact on sales.
  • Working with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency, and quality for price.

REPORTS TO: Assistant Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:

A. 40% - Implementing and Executing Marketing and Sales Plans

  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, Agency Account Manager and Sales Management team to implement marketing and business plans including online, offline and events.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure timely project execution, and problem solve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with brief creation for all collaterals and project manage the creative production of the same to ensure timely delivery of the same. Ensure all collaterals are on brand.
  • Keep track of any collateral or marketing gift replenishment needs at club level and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the same. Work to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
  • Report on the effectiveness of campaigns and issue recommendations from your learnings.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of visual guidelines across all channels and communication means.

B. 40% - Generating Leads & Establishing Partnerships

  • Work with sales teams to gather referral and activation leads and monitor daily lead targets for the same.
  • Reach out and build local partnerships focused on generating qualified traffic and / or leads to our business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to generate joint marketing / lead generation efforts.
  • Lead the process of gathering leads through activation / events and work to consolidate database of all leads generated. Maintain the database of leads by ensuring data consistency.

C. 20% - Self-Improvement and Team Contribution

  • Contribute to team culture by sharing ideas to improve marketing campaigns, customer targeting and effectiveness of consumer targeting.

30% Accounting

  • System: Manage invoices – payments - refunds – monthly dues information in Aphelion
  • Guidelines: Verify with Accounting/ Member Services/ Member Relation and audit data to ensure it is correct
  • Business analysis: Carry out accounting reports,analyze and comment on unusual increase/ decrease of monthly sell
