1. Marketing

Job Description

1. Job Responsibilities:

- To plan and implement always-on performance digital ads such as Google Ad Words, GDN, Facebook ads, DSP, Ad Networks… to drive sales to online channels 
- To continuously optimize all channels to have the best ROI for sales/ leads 
- To plan and implement promotion campaigns for online distribution channels to push sales to achieve business goals within assigned budget 
- To plan and implement affiliation and partnership with relevant community/ fintech/ insutech… to expand the opportunity to attract more prospects to company's digital assets.
- To track and measure all digital channels, propose action plan to improve the sales funnel and customer journey to continuously improve business result.

2. Key Accountabilities:

a. Planning and execution
- Plan and implement on digital performance channels to achieve business KPIs
- Plan and implement promotions campaigns for online distribution, aligned with whole business strategy and marketing calendar
- Plan and implement the affiliates and partnership with fin tech/ insutech/ communities to expand the opportunity in attract and engage more potential customers
- Plan and implement the email marketing and newsletters for customers and agents/ salesforce 

b. Relationships and Communications:
- Build effective relationships both within and outside the department, especially Digital Marketing, B&C, Product Management, Operations, Distribution (Partnership Distribution)
- Seek input from and maintain effective ongoing communication with others
- Manage conflicts to ensure least disruption to organization.

c. Behavior: 
- An enthusiastic, organized and proactive approach to work
- A sales oriented mind, but put customer as central of all activities 
- An ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively to deliver to deadlines

Job Requirements

1. Qualification: 

a. Mandatory 
- BA degree 
b. Advance
- BA in Marketing is preferred
- Experience in life insurance industry
- Knowledge of Google and Facebook ads system management
2. Experience
a. Mandatory 
- At least 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience in setting ads campaigns and optimization
- Experience of Google analytics and reporting development and monitoring
b. Advance
- Experience in life insurance industry.
3. Skill: 
a. Mandatory 
- Good sense about digital technology trends
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Open minded, customer focused, result-driven.
- Vietnamese and English fluency is a must.

1. Job Description

- Assist Quality Assurance Manager on developing Quality Assurance Plan for the whole IT Department
- Coordinate and communicate between customers of IT function and system implementers with regards to quality aspects
- Define standards for IT communication (reports, presentations, templates) and regularly review the IT communication activities / deliverables to ensure the quality in communication between IT and other departments
- Define process and documentation standards for IT Service Management and regularly review the IT service quality to ensure IT services are delivered in a quality manner
- Define process and documentation standards for System Development Life Cycle and actively involve in project quality control/monitoring to ensure the quality of project deliverables
- Define process and standards to assess and monitor the quality of acquisition and maintenance of technology infrastructure
- Define quality KPI for assessing operational quality of many functions within IT departments
- Evaluate service levels delivered and quality KPIs from other IT functions and develop quality assurance reports
- Coordinate with other IT function to define IT skills and capability requirements and based on that, determine the training needs
- Participate in quality control activities such as system test, system integration test, security test of developed applications if necessary
- Participate in internal/external audits, regional assessments
- Follow up findings from Regional and Auditors
- Perform Processes Training across IT Departments.

2. Job Requirements

a. Qualification:
• B.S in Quality Management, Software Development or Information Technology related technical discipline

b. Experience:
• At least three years software development related experience and;
• At least two years in software quality assurance;

c. Knowledge:
• Sound understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or CMMI;
• Sound understanding in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or IT Service Management;

d. Skill:
• Ability to work independently;
• Good at analyzing and documenting processes;

Job Description

1. Accountability
- Provide high quality actuarial reports and ensure all results are thoroughly checked for accuracy and consistency.
- Active analysis of results, with reporting of known errors, omissions or anomalies.
- Maintenance of adequate documentation of working process, working tools and integrity of those.

2. Key responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the valuation system. Ensure any changes are fully documented.
- Assist in regular financial reports including those for the local regulator, regional office and internal management team.
- Assist in European Embedded Value reporting.
- Perform periodic experience study analyses, including mortality, morbidity and persistency.
- Perform data generation and checking for actuarial reporting.
- Assist in business planning process.
- Carry out a wide variety of ad-hoc actuarial investigations, as required from time-to-time, ensuring all results are thoroughly checked for accuracy and consistency.
- Actively study towards a recognized actuarial qualification.
- Provide support to more junior actuarial students.
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).

Job Requirements

1. Qualification:
- Mandatory: A good university degree in a subject with significant exposure to actuarial, finance, mathematics and/or statistics.
- Advantage: Passed some actuarial exams.

2. Experiences: 1-3 years of relevant actuarial experience.

3. Knowledge and skill set:
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good analytical and problem solving skill. Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and other business related software.
Advantage: 
- Knowledge of basic actuarial techniques and terminology.
- Familiarity with Actuarial software (Prophet is preferable).
- Experience in Actuarial software modeling (Prophet is preferable).
