1. Specification Associate (Project Sales Department)

Location: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Family: Sales

Closing Date: 19/02/2018

Responsibility:

  • Ability to implement specification strategy:

    • Do frequently visiting of architects, consultants, developers to provide excellent services, necessary information;

    • Understand deeply customer needs and offer the right values;

  • Establish business relationship with target project specifiers:

    • Visit & maintain visibility at targeted specifiers;

    • Identify who should be the focused customers;

    • Build trust to secured customers and specified projects through our professional consultant service;

  • Perform consultancy for specific projects and do some necessary activities:

    • Organize product introduction workshops, seminars, etc aiming to impact and influence specifiers;

    • Decide proper sponsor activities for specifiers;

  • Actively protect secured specification to effectively support sales team to bring back actual sales volume:

    • Maintain good relationship with architects, developers, consultants;

    • Approach projects timely to provide excellent solutions;

    • Coordinate between Sales Team & specifiers to make sure secured specification become actual sales.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduation preferable Commercial;

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Successful track record (minimum 2 years) in direct sales of a technical construction product;

  • Widely network in construction industry;

  • Approach existing and potential specifiers in the specification of products;

  • Influenced written and oral communications skills - presentation and public speaking abilities in both of English and Vietnamese;

  • Perform effectively sales presentations to potential specifiers;

  • Good knowledge of construction techniques and standards;

  • Influence and impact on others;

  • Teamwork.

4. Digital Marketing Associate

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Family: Marketing

Responsibility:

  • Digital knowledge champion:

    • Understand the e-marketing landscape and Dulux ability to exploit it;

    • Understand social networking and how Dulux can use this channel successfully;

  • Implement and manage Digital (Website/Online) activities which target the local market:

    • Implement Digital initiatives aligning to regional framework and taking into account local needs;

    • Align with marketing colleagues all activities in terms of timing and content;

    • Monitor the allocation of fund and budget of all activities;

    • Work with communication + media agency for digital planning + guidelines;

    • Assist manager to prepare a monthly, quarterly and annually reporting on programs and budget;

  • Assist in managing partner agencies:

    • Ensure proper documentation of services engaged;

    • Periodic monitoring of service delivery of service provider to ensure optimal cost ratio and service is given by partner agencies;

    • Provide inputs in the annual evaluation of partner agencies;

  • Assist in development & maintenance of CRM (when applicable):

    • Work with vendor to ensure CRM is functional & updated;

    • Deploy data from CRM with DG team to drive conversion;

    • Segment & analyze consumer set  for actionable program + promotion for key targeting.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree;

  • Minimum of 2 year in marketing, preferably in a large FMCG company & in a marketing role in Digital Agency;

  • Strong technical knowledge of digital media to create customer-centric online experience, including knowledge of web development, content management systems, Databases, e-communications, Search marketing, social media, SMS & MMS, and online advertising;

  • Good sense of art;

  • Good English;

  • CRM knowledge + management;

  • Self-starter;

  • Resourceful, organised, action oriented;

  • Collaborative;

  • Great communication skills, persuasive;

  • High energy;

  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment;

  • Creative and Persistent;

  • Own a sense of humor;
