1. Sales Executive

Job summary :

Be responsible for overseeing the delivery of products and service to customer, analyze customers in order to determine sales potential and increase profit 

Specific responsible:

  • Developing B2B business in Horeca and B2C to companies and end users
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • Representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, entering figures into a computer system;
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Qualification & experience :

  • Experience in sales, in Food service is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both in Vietnamese & English
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Self-motivated,results-oriented and ambitious to succeed

2. Commercial Executive

Specific responsible:

  • Manage all administration tasks required in order to achieve sales, stock control & profit targets.
  • Support Manager in monitoring & analyzing the products performance in term of pricing, promotion, assortment, stock & stock allocation, quality feedback and products shelf life.
  • Capture market information to understand your market and competitors.
  • Do business case & analysis for every new products launching.
  • Follow through all import documents correctly to make sure the container are able to clearance.
  • Frequency make market visit with sales team to understand their needs and evaluates the market.
  • Data maintenance: material list active, price change, promotion.
  • Manage the old stock, potential old stock, stock correction, stock day & stock availability
  • Manage and follow supplier payment schedule.
  • Build relationships and smoothly communicate internally & externally.

Qualification & experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Foreign Trade, Business Management
  • 2-3 years’ experience and Knowledge of Food Service is preferred
  • Experience in using SAP
  • Fluency in English Writing & Speaking.
  • Self-improvement, working dependently and under high pressure
  • Fully proficient with MS Office (Excel & Word & Power Point required)
