1. [HCM] General Affairs Staff (Temporary)

General Description:

  • General Affairs:

    • Operate and maintain internal administrative systems and controls;

    • Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment;

    • Minute taking for internal and external meetings;

    • Check invoices, obtain approvals and prepare requests for payment;

    • Procure office and programmed supplies, furniture and equipment as required;

    • Maintain office furniture and equipment, including computers, printers, phones, fax, scanner, etc.;

    • Manage the office supplies and the basement storage room;

    • Update and monitor the equipment inventory list;

    • Assist in organizing agendas and logistical details for meetings, seminars and workshops, including setting up audio-visual equipment, flipcharts etc; arranging refreshments and responding to other reasonable requests;

    • Provide administrative and practical support to consultants as needed -Arrange flight reservations, hotel bookings, itineraries and visa requests;

    • Taxi management;

    • Welcome visitors, answer phones...;

    • Assist staff and visitors by responding to reasonable requests for support;

  • Employee Relations / GWP:

    • Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organization;

    • Lead on the employee relations aspects of proposed changes to the business structure;

    • Contribute to the development of the Human Resource function by developing an ER strategy that is aligned with business needs;

    • Advice and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include disciplinary, grievances...;

    • Advise and guide on pay related matters: reward projects, changes to pay related terms etc;

    • Keep up to date with current ER legislation and ensure this is updated in the company's Human Resource policies;

    • Manage the employee relations team effectively to ensure objectives are met.

Necessary Skills/ Attributes:

  • Bachelor degree of Economics/ Administrative/ Electrical;

  • Possess 1-2 year experience in relevant job (Fresh-graduation is considerable);

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills;

  • Flexible in new assignments and work varied hours; possibly work weekends or evenings;

  • Be detail-oriented, accurate and able to meet deadlines while performing multiple tasks;

  • Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure and ambiguity;

  • Able to quickly adapt new working culture;

  • Communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English (speaking and writing).

2. [HN] AV Independent Sales Assistant Manager

General Description:

  • Target deliver & grow sales: Explore market potential to grow sales & deliver monthly, quarterly & annual sell in, sell out target(MP, SP);

  • Channel management: in cooperation with trade marketing team to identify market potential & store universe. Make plan & product distribution to all of targeted stores thru channel mapping;

  • Account Management: To appoint & build a partnership with key accounts thru doing JBP, MBR, QBR in win-win solution manner. As a Key Stakeholder to deploy company strategies, policy to customers;

  • Retail Management: Key & main responsibility for in-store performance. Manage & take lead to cross function team(retail, display, in store, trade marketing) to ensure all marketing activities such as promotion, display, RIS… in well deployed & maintain;

  • SCM: To build sales plan cycle & Make & update AP1 in 12 weeks forecast thru market sensing, PSI management and marketing strategies. Ensure weekly RTF deliver on well track & discipline;

  • Sales discipline: well manage & follow monthly working with clear objective & priority. Execute BCPs guideline & follow up action plan. Plan & control travelling & entertainment budget under budget allocation & company policy;

  • Competitor Intelligence: track & report all activities of competitor, price… to line managers;

  • People Development: Self-management to learn, participate training WS which provided by company thru classroom training, online training. Develop & coach subordinate to fulfil their job & career development plan;

  • Compliance: Ensure all daily operation & decision making are under company compliance policies;

  • Other tasks assigned by superior or Trade Marketing Head.

Necessary Skills/ Attributes:

  • Bachelor/ Diploma degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or related field;

  • Priority for candidate has experience retail business/ or Category/ Channel management Manager for FMCG;

  • Good presentation & communication skill;

  • Hard working & careful;

  • Ability to work individually or in team;

  • Good English communication.
