1. Operational Risk Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively coordinate with all departments of the 1st line of defense to ensure PVA risk appetite & limit framework, risk management plans, risk policies, risk reporting and risk identification processes are properly carried out;

• Conduct reviews and assessments of the risk taking activities of the 1st Line of Defense, where appropriate challenges the actions being taken to manage and control risks;

• Conduct the ad-hoc review/ analysis to address PVA/PCA Management’s concern on the risk aspects of the Company;

• Planning: Develop PVA risk management annual plan and to ensure appropriate focus and coverage of business changes;

• Review: Conduct reviews as per PVA risk management plan to ensure:

  • Departmental Risk Register: is promptly kept up with the state of business and measured by appropriate key indicators;

  • Incident reporting: is timely escalated and adequately remedied;

  • Turnbull Certification: all non-compliance points with Corporate Governance Manual and significant control deficiencies are fully and comprehensively declared;

  • Scenario Analysis: economic capital reserve is calculated promptly with the precise parameters used;

• Reporting:

  • Timely escalate all operational risk issues to the appropriate levels (ORM Head, CRO, TLT, PCA Risk Function) after verification with the relevant departments;

  • Timely submit all risk exercises deliverables to PCA Risk Function as per PCA requirements;

  • Risk Management awareness: Maintain and uphold risk awareness to staff at all levels, including providing technical training to raise risk awareness of all staffs, and enhanced training to risk coordinators, risk reviewers and risk owners;

• Others:

  • Proactively look for better ways to improve the effectiveness of the risk management activities;

  • Other tasks to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).

2. Sales Recruitment Officer

Location: Hanoi

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from identification, interview preparation and closing;

• Identify good candidates from various sources to fill any hiring demand;

• Search, review resumes, phone screen, arrange interview and do reference checks;

• Proactive contact and build good relationship with candidates;

• Actively maximize usage social network, jobsite and other channels to meet hiring demand;

• Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long term resources needs;

• Cooperate with other team members to hold/ take part in recruiting events/ campaigns;

• Other tasks assigned by region head;

• Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any).
