Food Solutions is one of the key business of Unilever. It is expanding and having a plan to develop a competent sales force. With the development for Food Solutions Vietnam, we invite candidates to apply for the position “Modern Trade Manager". This role will play a critical role in our success.
Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for building assigned region’s annual and monthly plans based on National Annual Sales & Marketing Plan (BSP).
• Responsible for building and managing P&L for assigned region / accounts (including indirects, Sales spends and Customer A&Ps).
• Manage, develop, coach & motivate the team of Modern Trade Executives to deliver aggressive sales growth targets
• Responsible for co-ordination and evaluating performance of sales KPI’s in assigned region / accounts.
• Accountable for building sales talents, career roadmap for the MT KA executives.
• Accountable for good execution of Annual Sales and Marketing plan (BSP) by MT KA executives.
• Accomplish all required reports/feedback to Line Manager on a regular basis in order to update and/or elevate issues to higher management.
• Work closely with Cross-functional teams (Chefs, Channel Marketing, Training) to ensure the quality of integrated business planning and brilliant execution of business plan.
• Ensure alignment of key business objectives with cross-functional teams via regular meetings / communication.
• Do top-to-top meetings with key customers / key opinion leaders (industry Chefs) in assigned region to build rapport, review business and discuss forward plans.
• Build and develop MT team professionally.
• Join other tasks/projects as assigned by Line Manager.
Skill and Experience Required:
• Bachelor degree
• At least 3 - 5 years working in sales experience
• Having experience in modern trade management a FMCG and in foodservice industry is a plus
• Experience in working in a matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strategic thinking and business development capability
• Good project management skill
• Strong team management experience
• English skills: good at both speaking and writing.
• Well usage of office applications

Main job purpose:
§ Provide recruitment services to ensure that organization growth is well supported by having the right candidates to fill vacancies within agreed SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) & in line with the HR Operating Framework.
§ Ensure that global Expertise Team policy is being exercised and applied in the area of Recruitment.
Main Responsibilities:
§ Manage external and internal recruitment activities as per global process (e.g., job briefing, screening cv’s and applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, extend offers, coordinate on-boarding activities,etc).
§ Provide recruiting support for positions including, but not limited to; entry-level, professional, graduate and manufacturing roles.
§ Work closely with Hiring Manager, Expertise Team and HR Business Partners in promoting the Employer Brand in order to attract the right candidates.
§ Communicate Unilever Employee Value Proposition to prospective candidates in order to attract and convert talent.
§ Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request.
§ Coordinate Recruitment transactional activities in support of Line Manager.
§ Provide feedback & comments from market to HR Expertise team in order to develop/design recruitment strategies.
§ Coordinate of recruitment for any Unilever fresh programs
§ Ensure compliance in area of Recruitment policy.
§ Manage the candidate pool by identifying & using multiple talent channels
§ Responsible for briefing and management of recruitment agencies
§ Coordination of logistics for recruitment events where appropriate.
§ Maintain Recruitment budget in line with country local practice.
§ Maintain the recruitment report and other as assigned by Manager
Skill and Experience Required:
§ University graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in recruiting for the relevant business area (FMCG, Sales, Marketing or factory workers)
§ Ability to work with predetermined processes, policies & guidelines
§ Customer Service mindset and client & candidate relationship management
§ The ability to identify talent & to source, screen and select qualified candidates in line with business requirements
§ The ability to prepare and conduct behavioral & Competency-based Interviews
§ Communications: Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
