Position Summary

• To develop and update instructional videos pertaining to PICOS per outlet per segment 
• To develop graphic materials, including but not limited to POSM and promotional items as per Channel Team’s request 
• To control the consistency and quality of POSM and Signage design in the market.

Key Responsibilities 

• Story Board & full movie development
  • Understand the objectives of channel team, develop storyboards for videos (including instructional videos for internal and external, channel activation teaser and video report…) 
  • Produce videos with graphic designing software provided upon request 
  • Work with Sales Information team to upload videos onto RSEM (iPad) 

• Graphic design / Thiết kế đồ họa
  • Assist Channel Team with POSM and promotional item designs for trade programs and channel activations 
  • Work with Brand team to understand brands’ proposition, get the key visuals for designing and get approval for the designs (upon instruction and approval from Channel Marketing Managers) 

• Quality control / Kiểm soát chất lượng
  • Understand POSM and Signage Guideline for all the brands 
  • Work with suppliers to manage the quality of POSM and signage design in the market, ensuring the consistency of signage artwork. 

Requirements 

• Proficient with graphic and video editing software (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, Premier…) 

• At least 2 years of experience working as a video & graphic designer

• Basic copywriting skills

• Must be able to show work samples from previous projects (eg. video footage) 

• Proactive, independent, highly committed, reasonable, goal / target / result-oriented 

• Working under pressure 

• English at elementary level or above

• University/college degree
