What you would do:
• Massive amount of reports which would help you to acquire a thorough understanding of beer business.
• Heavy number crunching which would harden your structural thinking and level up your excel skill.
• System building for key commercial information systems (For DO)
• Team support which would help you to build bonds with the team and fit in for a long term career.

What's next:
1. Aptitude tests & interview.
2. Job offer for suitable candidates.
3. On the job training in first year - you are expected to perform on your own after first 9 months.
4. Advancement to supervisor level within 2-4 years depending on your performance and aptitude.
