1. Marketing Officer (Process Automation Department - Male Only )

Location: Panasonic Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Plot J1-J2 Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh Dist., Hanoi

What You Will Do

As a Showroom Marketing member, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and exceptional service to all customers, responsible to welcome and provide guidance to visitors of Panasonic. You will play a key role in maintaining the showroom reputation and image. Your mission is to ensure that Panasonic (employees) & Visitors have “WOW-Service” experience when coming to us.  The job-holder will perform tasks relating to Marketing Officer as follows:

1) Sales and Marketing (50%)

• Arrange sales and marketing activities/seminars related to Welding section together with distributors to strengthen and broaden markets in Vietnam.

• Robot/Welder operation instruction and Training to customers or distributors if required.

• Give technical advice regarding welding process or maintenance to customers or distributors.

• Analyze welding market and make regular reports to Headquarter in Japan

2) Show room (30%)

• Receiving and welcoming welding visitors in the showroom (including VIP) and introducing them to Showroom Engineer.

• Provide presentation/demonstration/performance of demo welding machines together with show room Engineer.

• Responsible for answering multi-phone lines and providing customers with knowledgeable product information. 

• Providing accurate visitor report as well as control cost & expense on welding equipments.

3) Admin job (20%)

• Support sales promoting activities in Vietnam.

• Support Sales & Marketing team upon requirement.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduation and Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or related equivalent. • Male only
• Good looking and speak eloquently in person/on phone. Good communication skills.
• Positive thinker and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Have experience on receptionist is advantage.
• Fluent in English. Japanese is a plus.
• Computer proficiency.
• Have electrical knowledge and be interested in Factory Automation products/robots.
• Self-discipline, mature, strong and quick learner.
• Provide the best possible customer service to all of customers whether they call us on the phone or walk into showroom.  
• Must be able to multi-task with a smile.
• Willing to work outside and overseas.

2. Purchasing Officer ( MRO )

Location: Panasonic Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Plot J1-J2 Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh Dist., Hanoi

What You Will Do

• To have capability to control and operate Maintenance - Repair - Operation (MRO) system smoothly. Be responsible for sourcing performance and deliverable for related projects;
•  To integrate MRO in business plan. Relevant operations are coordinated with business management for systematic and sustainable management activities;
• To research supply sources, select suppliers, conduct price analysis and negotiate to obtain the best offer available within time constraints of the requirements; ensure advantageous purchasing environment compared to competitors;
• To centralize supplier contacts to ensure observation of related law/ regulations and to prevent illicit transactions in MRO procurement;
• To visualize procurement status in order to optimize supplier selection and pricing operations;
• To work with related Panasonic companies/ related department on any unique purchase requests;
• To take part in regular supplier evaluation and to implement improvement activities if any;
• To work closely with related departments to ensure satisfaction with suppliers' performance. Ensure quality and cost objectives are met;
• Other tasks assigned by Department Head.

Job Requirement:

GENERAL:

• 25-30 years old.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from Foreign Trade University or National Economics University.

• Proficiency in English. Able to use Japanese is a great advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience (preferably in indirect purchasing). Related experience in manufacturing companies is highly preferred. 

• Experienced in supplier evaluation. 

• Comprehensive understanding of generally accepted purchasing practices, contract negotiation, compliance, related laws and regulations. 

• Customer service oriented and self-motivated.

• Excellent communication skill and analytical skill. Able to negotiate, good in relationship management.

• Have experience in new function set-up is an advantage.

3. R&D Planning Staff (R&D Center - Hung Yen)

Location: Panasonic Appliances Viet Nam.

Plot G2, Thang Long Industrial Park II, Yen My, Hung Yen

What You Will Do

• Make R&D plan for equipment investment, expenditure plan
• Calculate and control expenditure and cost
• Compose and prepare related document for R&D Center such as development policy, standards, etc.
• Control document management system: Making document, control technical drawings/ document.
• Perform other planning jobs within R&D center.

Job Requirements:

• Female • University graduate

• Good ENGLISH communication, Basic Japanese Communication (N5 ~ N4 or Studying Japanese)

• Have experience working in FDI companies in a related position is a plus

• NEW graduates with good ability can be considered

• Dynamic, quick, high sense of responsibility • Can work well independently and in a team
