Customer Service Officer

The CSO’s tasks include but not limited to the following:

• Managing student accounts by supervising the Teaching Assistants to ensure highest service standard in the centre;
• Making sure that facilities are up to standard and schedules any necessary repairs/maintenance;
• Partly responsible for the centre's growth target and KPIs;
• Other daily operations work of the centre as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

We are seeking candidates with the below criteria:
• Good command of English
• Having at least 1 year experience in the same position. Fresh graduated with experience working in language centre as part-time position is also accepted;
• Dynamic, willing to learn and customer-oriented

• Working location: 1 of our 6 centres in Hanoi
• Working hours: By shifts. Working in the evening time and weekends are expected
