Requirements

1

Accounts Payable &  Accounts Receivable

(1-2 positions)

  • Generate and send out invoices
  • Reconciliations of cash receipts transactions
  • Updating of daily collections
  • Keeps and posts all documents to the various books of accounts, which covers the areas of: cash receipts, general ledger, journal and sales
  • Processing Accounts Payable transactions
  • Invoice and expense processing,
  • Vendor reconciliations, interface management and payment accuracy
  • Prepares Check and Voucher payable
  • Degree holder of any Accounting related course
  • At least 1 year working experience, with background in invoice and expense report processing
  • Strong knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Hardworking, highly analytical and keen to details
  • Above average oral and written English communication skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision

Digital Marketing Specialist

(1 position)

 

  • Research and develop Digital Marketing Strategies
  • Social Media Marketing and Management – FB, Twitter, LinkedIn and others
  • Content writing, development and execution
  • Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and recommendations for improvement
  • Must have 1-3 years’ relevant background
  • Above average oral and written English communication skills
  • Excellent creative and analytical skills
  • Knowledgeable with WordPress
  • Proficient in SEO and Social Media Strategies
  • Knowledge and ability in managing multiple media platforms for digital media – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and others

Sales Support

(1 position)

 

  • Responsible in providing sales support and general administrative tasks, diary management, appointment setting, client on boarding and document control
  • Attends to telephone and email enquiries of customers/clients
  • Prepares reports, letters and other documents using relevant applications and CRM.
  • Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
  • Must have 1-3 years’ relevant background
  • Above average oral and written English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with MS office including Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently and under pressure

Draftsperson

(1 position)

 

  • Responsible for the production of project drawings based on client’s mark-ups in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Produce accurate 2D drawings, 3D models
  • Assist in administration and documentation of projects
  • Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures established by the Company
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Architecture
  • Good working knowledge of any CAD package – AutoCAD / REVIT
  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field
  • Above average oral and written English communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure

Costs Estimator

(1 position)

 

  • Calculate costs by analysing labour, material and time requirements
  • Ensure that cost estimate requests are accurate
  • Prepare special reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • At least 1 years working experience in the related field
  • Strong knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Mathematical skills
  • Good in time management and coordination
  • Above average oral and written English communication skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
