JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi is looking for 01 SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING.
JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
- Assist DOSM in all aspects of the sales and closing process by becoming directly involved in all business relationships transactions.
- Able to handle, prioritize and execute all administrative work.
- Incoming calls / faxes and email, should be attended immediately to the specific area of responsibility, in such a manner that ensures complete satisfaction for both customers and colleagues.
- Flexible working hours according to the business demand needs
