Description:

Unilink is a new and key project of Language Link Vietnam with the purpose of bringing LLV’s training courses closer to Universities’ students. We are looking for a dynamic & ambitious person to fill in Unilink Coordinator vacancy. This is a multi-task & challenging job that requires not only consulting but also management skills to get the job done. Details of the job description are below:

Admissions:

• Be responsible for student recruitment at all stages including student consultation, placement test registration, tuition fee collection…;
• Manage/train new staff;
• Handle student feedback & complaints;
• Maintain high quality of LLV’s customer services;
• Manage and exploit student database;
• Coordinate with marketing to promote sales by organizing demo lessons, testing services, open day…
• All scheduling (teacher, class, mid-term/end of course report, etc);
• Oversee teachers and academic assistance;
• Oversee and control materials resources both for students and teachers;
• Manage and coordinate on testing and student report.

Academic:

• Office Administration
• Purchase and manage stationary and equipments for the office;
• Make sure the office is clean and the equipments are well functioned;
